Unlike other basic electrical motors, dual motors are developed in high voltage which makes it easier to run in machines where multiple speeds are required. In addition to the dual motors, we also offer dual brake motor and dual-speed gear motor.

• Rotor – The rotor which we used to make dual electric motors are made of aluminum die-cast. Since our motors are dynamically balanced, it makes less noise and vibration. As a result, it requires less maintenance.
• Shaft– The end part of dual motors is nothing but the shaft, which uses high carbon steel to develop. We accept premium carbon steel material from our top clients to make sure that the steel is strong enough to minimize deflection and to provide maximum efficiency.
• Terminal Box– Terminal box supply is mounted on the top of dual-speed motors or it can be customized to the left or right side based on our customer request.
• Bearings & lubrication– For electrical motors, we use lithium base as bearings.  All of our dual-speed motors are fully charged with lithium base grease during assembly. It helps avoid unnecessary friction while running.

Dual speed motor has its application in various industrial fields.  It is mostly used in the lift, construction, food equipment, chemical industries, crane, pharmaceuticals, ceramic industries.
